A Glimpse of Anthropomorphic Literature Volume 1 edited by AnthroAquatic

The print version of A Glimpse of Anthropomorphic Literature contains all three issues of Goal Publication’s webzine of the same name, featuring short stories of a wide variety of genres, reviews of some well-known and unknown furry stories, and more.

Issue One:

The inaugural issue of A Glimpse of Anthropomorphic Literature features stories of lemmings, facing love while simultaneously facing their fate; of a couple who have more troubles than shedding on the bed sheets; of a rhino who dreams of life as a sleuth; and more. It also features reviews of several works, such as: Abandoned Places by Tarl Hoch, Losing My Religion by Kyell Gold, Huntress by Renee Carter Hall, Tales from the Guild: Music to your Ears by AnthroAquatic, and The Dog who Spoke with Gods by Diane Jessup.

Issue 2:

Our second issue of A Glimpse of Anthropomorphic Literature features stories about the circle of life; about a sheep who just wants to feel the joys of motherhood; about a mother just trying to protect her cub; and more. This issue also features an article linking an original story, one that was retold by Disney, to today’s writing, and it also features reviews of Thousand Leaves by Kevin Frane; Inhuman Acts by Ocean Tigrox; In a Dog’s World by Mary E. Lowd; and Raven’s End: A Tale from the Canadian Rockies by Ben Gadd.

Issue 3:

Our third and final issue of A Glimpse of Anthropomorphic Literature features a prey-species instructor teaching carnivore history to predators; a bear who doesn’t feel comfortable in her own body; a family’s traditions torn apart by the corporate world; and more. This issue also features an interview with author S. Andrew Swann, as well as reviews of Seventh Chakra by Kevin Frane and Coyote’s in the House by Elmore Leonard.
