Customer's Reviews for Circles Collection Volume 1: It Seems Like I've Been Here Before - Collects Issues 1, 2, 3, and 4 by Andrew French, Scott Fabianek, Steve Domanski
Circles is a MUST read for anyone who wants to read a gay furry comic that doesn't base each issue number solely on fornication. The story is captivating, and I love how the creators use their time to build on each character little by little and help set the stage for future events of the story! Giving each character a voice as I read aloud to myself, I start to tear up over arguments and any touching moments each of them share. I feel as though I am a part of their lives and wish them all well. In the end, I can't express how much love I have towards the creators and the making of each character's unique and lovable nature.
Hey, Circles is fantastic for something in this genre, can't say I know where I personally stand in that era but I can't say I haven't had my share of experiences in that era either but great story despite my own undecided preference on the issue.
I could only see one issue because I'm not exactly an open person but that doesn't mean I can't tell you how much I liked it. I hate to say that I think I know how it ends...don't make it to hard even though I don't think I'll get to know for sure.
But even in that I can honestly say that it is one of the best things I've ever read, seen, and experienced. It has actually given me an idea of how to draw and give the pictures a flow while making as many as possible, if I have an hour a day "Unlikely" I could have a picture a day.
Anyways to Andy, Scott, and Steve you've done a great job and inspired, enlightened, and even made my little problem easier to handle so finish it up and hopefully consider doing something else once your finnished, but don't let it get in the way of life most importantly. See ya.
This is certainly one of the more moving pieces of comics that I've read in my years. A very intriguing subject, fabulously laid-out. The stories feel very natural, and the characters' struggles are so authentic that they truly feel like a slice of real life. Whether you're gay or not, this is a true gem of a book of a subject still so sensitive. And might I add, the art is wonderful, realistic yet expressive. My sincerest thanks to the makers of this wonderful comic.
i really recommend this comic i orderded this and issue 2 the art work and the story line makes you feel as if you are part of that household and i recived them in just under a week 6 days
The title of the comment says it all, this is an amazing book, but I am sad if what I read is true and the series is no longer being made. [EDIT - The series is being continued. There have never been any plans to discontinue circles. Good things come to those who wait. Circles is a good story written and drawn by very talented people who have rather busy day jobs. It is our intention to continue publishing Circles until the creators say differently.]
