- All Sales Final. Damaged items will be exchanged for like items only.
- Items must be in perfect saleable condition when returned to us.
- Opened videos, opened CD's, and opened DVD's can only be exchanged for the same title if defective.
- Unopened videos, CD's and DVD's may be returned for store credit.
- Some items cannot be returned under any circumstances. The State of Nevada Health Code requires that boxer shorts and underwear be sold with no returns.

- Absolutely no returns or refunds on items marked for clearance.

What to do if your order was damaged
- Do not throw out packaging
- Keep everything exactly as it arrived. If your package was shipped via UPS, contact UPS insurance services at 1-800-PICK-UPS. UPS will pick up your order and start the return process.

- Rabbit Valley will attempt to replace items in your order
How to Return Stuff
Rabbit Valley within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
- Return requests received after 30 days cannot be honored.
- Pack your items in either the original box or a new, clean, sturdy container.
- Make a copy of your invoice. Include the copy in your shipment.
- Write the RMA number we will provide on the box.
