With the advent of the first ConiFur NorthWest, Fur Visions now had four firm target dates, and with this issue, containing artwork from some of the convention committee of ConiFur, Fur Visions finally stabilized into a regular quarterly publication.
The theme for this issue was Got Fox? and was intended as a play on the 'Got Milk?' advertising campaign that was so popular in the USA at the time.
This issue has a cover by Zephery Hughes; artwork by James Birdsall, Dan 'Flinthoof' Caanan, Po Shan Cheah, Ian Dettmering, Bernard Doove, Foxy!, Zephery Hughes, Terry Knight, Matthew McAndrews, Sara 'Caribou' Palmer, and Shannon Stuart; it contains the stories 'The Storm Breaks - Chapter 1' by L. Kyono 'Tapestry' Malnassy, 'The Mole III' by David McGrath, and 'Turning Point' by William Sanborn.
