Goldie's a Keeper!
A cute little fairy tale about a sweet and innocent little wildcat who earns her living on the street corners of the Deep Dark Woods-- Yeah, right!
Goldie Lynx is a Working Girl who has a thing for Bears, and her erotic misadventures are recounted in hilarious pictures and a song which parodies the old ragtime ballad, Frankie and Johnny. The artist, Joshua Quagmire, is the creator of a sexy early furroine, Cutey Bunny, who first appeared in the early 1980s. (And if you don't know who Cutey Bunny is, your education has been sadly neglected... check out her Web site at www.cuteybunny.com).
Anyhow... Quagmire has a smooth, professional cartoon style, his females are stacked, slinky and sexy (except for Mama Bear, of course) and both pictures and rhyme in this book would make a wooden Indian laugh. I've got a couple copies of this one, one for reading, the other for storage.
