Big Pants Mouse #2

Okay, I can't quite figure this one out. Big Pants Mouse is supposed to be a Spumco production. You know, the guys who made Ren and Stimpy. The artwork is very much in a John K. style. I'd get more information about the Spumco connection, but their website seems to be down.

Anyway, in this issue, The Big Pants Mouse himself has discovered the problem of his magical pants no longer being magical.
