  • Guaranteed Two Day: 1-2 days
  • Guaranteed Three Day: 2-3 days
    • Guaranteed Three Day does not apply to Backbreaker Studios T-Shirts or other custom ordered items.
  • All UPS packages are insured for full value of the books.  Please see the Return Policy for instructions if you receive a damaged package.
  • Customers may incur a $7 charge for shipments with incorrect addresses.  This fee is charged by UPS for address correction.

  • Priority Mail: 3-7 business days
  • Media Mail: 7-14 business days
    • Books, Video, and CD-ROMs only via this method.  No toys, shirts, etc may be shipped via Media Mail.  You may be charged a higher rate if you enter any of these items in a Media Mail shipment.
  • Postal shipments are NOT insured.
  • APO, FPO, and PO Box addresses are acceptable.
