• All Sales Final. Damaged items will be exchanged for like items only.
  • Items must be in perfect saleable condition when returned to us.
  • Opened videos, opened CD's, and opened DVD's can only be exchanged for the same title if defective.
  • Unopened videos, CD's and DVD's may be returned for store credit.
  • Some items cannot be returned under any circumstances.  The State of Deleware Health Code requires that boxer shorts and underwear be sold with no returns.
• Clearance and auction items are FINAL SALE, AS IS WHERE IS
  • Absolutely no returns or refunds on items marked for clearance.
• If we make a mistake...
  • We will gladly replace, refund, or credit your account.
  • We will pay for incoming shipping on the return.
• No refunds on shipping

What to do if your order was damaged

• Do not throw out packaging
  • Keep everything exactly as it arrived.  If your package was shipped via UPS, contact UPS insurance services at 1-800-PICK-UPS.  UPS will pick up your order and start the return process.
• Contact Rabbit Valley for an RMA number
  • See instructions below for information
• Rabbit Valley will attempt to replace items in your order

How to Return Stuff

• Contact Rabbit Valley within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
  • Return requests received after 30 days cannot be honored.
• Pack your items in either the original box or a new, clean, sturdy container.
• Make a copy of your invoice.  Include the copy in your shipment.
• Write the RMA number we will provide on the box.
• Send your package to:
